? The Executive Assistant to the Headmaster works closely with the Headmaster to provide administrative support for the School and the Headmaster. The Executive Assistant also works with parents, Trustees, administrative staff, faculty, alumni and students in a variety of roles. This position requires professional judgment, discretion, diplomacy and confidentiality.

College degree preferred, but not required. 3-5 years of previous office experience; experience in an Independent School setting is preferred.
